Could AI change our rates by mistake?
No. Queries are read-only: AI reads data from Ctrip, Meituan, Booking.com and your PMS without changing platform content. For actions such as rate updates, AI prepares a plan and form for a person to approve before submission. Human confirmation is a product requirement.
What do we install, and how is our data handled?
Install HogentX for your hotel computer’s operating system, then sign in and authorize the platforms you need. Grant access only to the accounts and properties required for your work, and do not share passwords. The authorization screens and service terms explain the scope of data processing.
Do we need to replace our existing PMS?
You do not need to replace your existing PMS. HogentX assists with queries, analysis and tasks across connected platforms. Contact us before starting a trial to confirm support for your PMS.
What if our managers have never used AI?
